Tyler and I went to Sequoia National Park this weekend and it was so amazing. It is by far one of the coolest places we've ever been. On the drive up we were talking about how we didn't quite believe all the talk of how big these trees are, we knew they were going to be big...just not this big. The pictures don't really do them justice. We nicknamed them they T.O.U.S.'s (Tree's of Unusual Size).
On Day Two we climbed up to the very top of Moro Rock (a.k.a. Mt. Mordor, from LOTR). If you don't believe me, just wait until you see the pictures!

This is a photo of a Sequoia that had fallen down ages ago. I wonder if no one was around, did it make any noise??

how fun. That is where I wanted to go this summer to camp with our kids but I don't know if we'll make it. Johnny and I loved our visit but it got a big snowfall the week before we got there so it was a bit chilly. Have fun. The pics look great.
