We Finally Made It

After a very long 15 hour drive we finally made it to Utah. We've been in town about a week and have had so much fun. The weather is a little hotter than we're used to, but having friends and family around has really made up for it. Below are just a few pictures from this past week.

Josh loves to play and espcially loves being sung to.

Happy One Month Birthday Josh!

I can't believe Josh is already a month old, time really does fly! It has been a great month and Josh has really been a special blessing in our lives. It has been so fun to watch him grow and see his little personality emerge. We've even caught him smiling a couple times (although Ty claims its just gas). Below are just a few pictures from this past month.

Ty at a 4 AM feeding
(Ty has been an amazing dad, he even changed ALL Josh's diapers yesterday!!)
Me and Josh at an awesome baby shower my friends threw for us.

Loves to curl up on his side.

Josh's First 4th of July!

Tyler's family came into town last night for their annual 4th of July vacation. Every year Ty's extended family meets in Newport to celebrate the 4th together. This year they're spending a little extra time in San Diego. We're so happy to have them here and excited for them all to finally meet Josh. We had a great morning, went for a nice walk and Laurel made an amazing lunch for everyone. They also went to the Mormon Battalian, Old Town and to the San Diego Temple. Little Josh and I stayed home from those trips, but if Ty gets pictures I'll be sure to post some.

Thanks Grandma and Grandpa

We were so lucky to have my parents in town when we got home with Josh. They had originally planned a short trip for my graduation, which turned out to be almost two weeks instead. I'm grateful for the extra time and we were so happy to have them here. Josh loves his Grandma and Grandpa and already misses them. At least we'll be home in three weeks so they can be together again.
