Tyler has leave the next two weeks, and we've decided to make the most of it. We sat down the other night and made a list of all the fun things we are going to do. My school classes kind of puts a damper on things, but we're not going to let a little thing like test & papers stop us! Our first field trip was to Big Bear Lake. We've been wanting to go there for ages and we were not disappointed. It kind of reminded us of a mix between Park City, UT and Jacksonhole WY. We arrived around lunch time and found a cute Italian restaurant called Paoli's, it was fantastic. We then walked through all the cute little shops and found a great ice cream parlor. We then drove around and explored the city and then lastly we went to the lake. It really is so beautiful, we definitely want to go back again!

Ah I miss Big Bear, that where our girls camp was growing up. So much fun! The memories
Seriously, who do you get to take a picture of you and Ty everywhere you go? Do you bring a secret picture taker or something? All my pictures are of my family minus me because somebody has to stand behind the camera!
Thanks for the comments! We have a lot of fun things planned including: Universal Studios, tour of the Queen Mary, the Bonnie Hunt show, and Sequoia Ntl. Park and probably throw the beach in there somewhere as well!
As for who takes our pictures, we have to get creative on that one. We have a timer on our camera and we just keep our eyes out for a sturdy place to put the camera. We're actually going to look for a tripod today so we can use that...
