Tomorrow is only a day away!

THE OFFICE

Is anyone else as excited as I am for the one-hour Office premiere? I literally cannot wait. Below is a fun synopsis of tomorrow's episode as well as a picture from the episode. I am excited to see what will happen with Pam and Jim!

THE RUN FOR THE CURE: A freak accident causes Michael to feel the office is cursed. He explores the religious beliefs of his employees before deciding to hold a charity 5K fun run. Meanwhile, further developments in the romances of Pam and Jim, and Dwight and Angela are explored.

Below is a cool video interview with the cast, discussing season 4.

Who Needs Monday Night Football...

Tonight is the start of a new season of THE BACHELOR! I guess this is another one of my guilty pleasures, I really love this show and all the fun drama. Believe it or not but Ty is actually a big fan as well, although I'm sure he'll deny it if you ask. It starts tonight at 8:30c on ABC.

Another show that I'm actually interested in watching is Dancing With the Stars! I've never watched this one before. I like some of the "stars" this season so if I have time I think I will check it out. I really like Jennie Garth, so I hope she wins. I also think it will be fun to watch Marie Osmond. It also starts tonight at 7:00c on ABC.

Another favorite is The Hills, its season has been on for awhile. On tonight's episode it looks like Jason gets engaged! From the previews it appears Lauren had no idea he was even dating anyone. Also, on the Heidi and Spencer side, apparently Spencer hasn't even told his parents that he is engaged. I'm still trying to figure out what Heidi sees in Spencer.

Our Weekend...

Friday wasn't too exciting. We met with our Realtor and signed a bunch of paperwork, as of right now we're still on schedule to close on our townhouse by Friday! I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything will work out. After our meeting we went to Jamba Juice and Home Depot so I could look at paint samples, it is so fun planning how to decorate our new place. When we finally arrived "home" we watched 'We Are Marshall' since Tyler hadn't seen it. By the way, he loved it too!

Saturday was awesome, the Red Bull Air Race was being held at San Diego Bay. We underestimated how crowded it would be and ended up having to park and watch from a distance, but it was still amazing to see. Below are some pictures from the race and from a fun drive we took along the cliff's of Ocean Beach.

I'm addicted to...Jamba Juice!

I LOVE Jamba Juice! In the past week we have gone there 7-8 times, I'm actually starting to lose count. Each time we go we try a new flavor. Below are our favorites, in random order:

~Razzmatazz: raspberry juice blend, orange sherbet, frozen strawberries, frozen bananas, ice.

~Peach Pleasure: Peach Juice Blend, Apple Juice, White Grape Juice, Peach Juice, Orange Sherbet, Orange Juice Concentrate, Frozen Peaches, Frozen Bananas, Ice.

~Banana Berry: Apple Strawberry Juice Blend, Apple Juice, Frozen Bananas, Nonfat Vanilla Frozen Yogurt, Frozen Blueberries, Raspberry Sherbet, Raspberry Juice, Raspberries, Ice.

~Caribbean Passion: passionfruit-mango juice blend, orange sherbet, frozen strawberries, frozen peaches, ice.

Tagged...

I was looking around at my friend’s blog site when I noticed on Tiffany’s that she had tagged me to play the “10 things no one knows about you” game. Tiffany’s is really cute and clever, if you get a chance you should read it. I’ll keep mine short and sweet and in random order…

1) Certain candy makes me sweat (in the face), especially lemonheads.
2) I absolutely LOVE children’s books, and fairy tales.
3) Like Tiff, I love celebrity gossip and buy the magazines. Unlike Tiff, I don’t feel bad. They signed up for the life and some are even pictured reading the magazines themselves!
4) I’ve never had a professional message, and probably never will.
5) I’ve recently gotten into quilting and love it!
6) I love the sudoku games; if you haven’t played you should try.
7) I’m not athletic at all and don’t like playing sports, although I do love going to sporting events and love sport-themed movies (Ty is a HUGE sports nut, so it’s true that opposites attract).
8) I love to instant message; I would do it all day long!
9) The Marines are the BEST; all the others wish they were us. Oorah!
10) Tyler and I are looking into adoption, and have even started the application process. Wish us luck!

So, that is 10 things about me, not too exciting. I think I will tag…

Survivor: China

One of our all time favorite shows is back....Survivor! Last night was the season premiere of Survivor China. It looks like it is going to be an exciting season with a lot of interesting characters! The area they are in looks amazing, what a beautiful country. I was a bit surprised by who they voted out, an older man named "chicken". He started out strong but when people didn't jump to his suggestions he just gave up, which was a big mistake. I think they would have kept him around longer if he had continued to give his ideas, especially when people were asking for them! Every time a new season starts I just think how much fun it would be to on the show, maybe one of these days I will work up the courage to try out!
If anyone else happened to see the show, I'd love to hear your comments!

We Are Marshall

Tyler had Mess Night (pretty much a fancy party for Marines that the wives can't go to) last night and was gone late. So, I watched a movie called We Are Marshall.

What an amazing movie, one of the best I've seen in a long time. It's based on a true story about a West Virginia college football team whose plane crashed on the way home from a game killing 75 members of the team and staff. After the crash the school debated about closing the football program, but decided to try and rebuild instead. Finally, they were able to find a coach who was willing to take on the huge responsibility of rebuilding an entire football program. He had the assistance of an assistant coach who one of the only survivors of the horrible crash.

It was a great story, I laughed and cried and recommend it to anyone!

Baseball Fans

Monday night we went with some close friends, Patty and Cody, to a Padres game (our new home team). I thought I would post a couple pictures from our fun night.

So after the game we were walking back to our car, maybe around 9:30 at night. When we arrived at the car and started to get in Patty realized that we had been broken into!! Patty's purse and Cody's GPS system were stolen! What a way to end our nice evening. We called the police and of course after 20 min on hold they hung up on us. We decided to try and call Patty's cell phone, which had been in her purse, and much to our surprise the idiots that stole it actually answered. Long story short...with a little help from the police we were able to get Patty's phone back. I'm hoping that Patty will post a nice story about it on her blog, so if you want more details check hers! =)
