Christmas Photo Shoot

We wanted to get some pictures done of the kids for our Christmas card. Its a little too embarassing to have a stranger try and take some of the kids (they are too crazy), so we thought we'd give it a try. While I would have liked a few more smiles, or at least them looking at us, I thought we got some good ones. The kids had a lot of fun anyway.
This cute Japanese couple insisted on taking a family picture. They loved the kids!

Group Shots

It is unbelievably hard to get a good group shot. I only posted the somewhat decent ones, all the others usually had a baby crying or multiple runaways.

Here is a sneak peek of our family Christmas card.

Holiday Weekend

Tyler had Monday and Tueaday off this week for Veteran's Day. We love having long weekends, the kids especially love having all the extra daddy time.
Austin prefers the vacuum technique while snacking.

When did they get so big?

I love this picture. Austin loves to cuddle!

Austin pretending to be a puppy.

Snack time. I would love to do this more.
Unfortunately, the kids love to flip the table and shake the legs until they come off.

One for All, and All for One
They are very much the three muskateers. If one of them gets a time out, they all get a time out.

The kids LOVE flash cards. They could look at them all day.

I was curious what Ashley's hair would look like straight. So I got out my straightener and this is what we got. It's pretty long, the pictrures don't do it justice. After about an hour the curl started coming back though and by the next morning it was all curls again.

Josh loves getting his picture taken. Whenever he sees the camera he'll come running and say "Cheese". He usually doesn't hold still long enough for me to take the picture, he always wants to see it right away.

Three Little Troublemakers

I remember when these little guys were just babies and I could lay them on the floor and they would just stay put. How nice it was to not worry about what they were getting into, climbing on or breaking. I admit, they are a lot of fun and keep me on my toys though. I love that they play so much together and enjoy teasing each other. They are a lot of fun and I'm so glad I get to spend my days with them, there is never a dull moment.

I quickly learned that no furniture can be near each other or touching, or there will be climbing.

They love to climb onto the back of the couch to look out the window. Its a blessing that these windows don't open, or we'd be in trouble.

Had to move the couch after Austin realized he could use it to boost himself up onto the treadmill.

The kids all love to wear daddy's hat when he gets home from work.

Ash had a little accident and Ty couldn't find her clothes so he put her in one of my old tshirts.

Another favorite place the kids love to play.

Josh loves to talk on the phone and finally decided he would just climb up the bookcase to get to the phone.

Austin had been gone for awhile so I went to investigate and found him in their old baby chair. He was having a great time and didn't want to get out.

Ash wanted to help clean up and decided to put all their toys in Josh's crib.

Josh does expect a round of applause after each song.

Using a little team work, the twins used their blue chair to climb up the bookcase and play on the phone.

I wonder who they are calling?

ALWAYS be nervous when Josh is quite. We found he had climbed up onto the washing machine.
