We spent a lovely morning at the Portsmouth Green Animal Topiary Gardens. The kids were so excited to go hunting for "green animals" and Ashley especially loved the giraffes (her very favorite animal). The gardens were so pretty and peaceful. We were lucky to be the first ones there and able to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The kids had a hard time not picking all the pretty flowers and wanted to run all over the place, but they did pretty well. At the end we let them run around this pretty grassy area and they had fun letting the stroller (minus the baby) roll down the hills. We sure love our fun Saturday field trips and are glad the weather is finally nice enough to do them.
