Happy Fall!!

The past couple weeks have flown by. Josh is growing so fast and each day we see new changes. He LOVES talking now, he'll sit and carry on a "conversation" for quite a while. He's a little camera shy though, whenever I get the camcorder out he gets all quiet. I'll need to figure out a way to trick him so I can actually catch his cute jibberish on film. He sure misses his Daddy! Whenever he hears Ty's voice on the phone he gets a BIG smile, its the cutest thing. I think he can recognize his voice and is happy to hear from him. Tyler moved into our new Japanese apartment yesterday, the pictures look nice and I'm sure he'll get it all fixed up nice by time we get there.

We were so happy to meet our newest family member, Josh's cousin Graham was born on Tuesday ( 6 lbs 13 oz, 19 in long). He is the cutest little guy. It's hard to remember Josh ever being that small. We're glad everything went well for Brittney & Jake. Anyway, below are just a few random pictures. Enjoy!

Video's of Joshy

Below are a couple videos of little Josh. I tried emailing them to Tyler, but they were way too big so I thought I would just post them on here instead. Enjoy!

Sionara, Sweetie!

Today has been a pretty tough day. Josh and I had to drop Tyler off at the airport for his trip to Japan. Originally we had planned to go with him, but unfortunately we have to wait for Josh's adoption to be finalized before we can get his passport. So, Tyler is heading over to get back to work and get everything set up for us. To help make things easier for him I let him take my Kindle, mini DVD player and brand new camera. I just realized that I forgot to download our most recent pictures so I'll have to have Tyler do a post when he lands with some recent family pictures. It's going to be a tough few months, but we're so lucky to have such great family nearby to help make the seperation a little easier. We're sure going to miss Daddy and are counting down the days until we're all together again.

Park City, Swiss Days and Family Fun!

We've had a lot of fun the past couple weeks. We've been able to spend a lot of time with our families and gone on a few mini field trips. This past week we went with Ty's family to Park City, we also went to a super fun fair called Swiss Days in Heber City, and just yesterday we were able to attend the blessing of our new little niece Siena. It was so nice to be in town for that special occasion. Below are some fun pictures from the past couple weeks. Enjoy!

Baby Shower

Last Monday we were given a fun baby shower. Since Ty will be leaving in a couple weeks we had him come along. He was a little apprehensive about going to a baby shower, but ended up having a lot of fun (I think all the great food may have helped!). Below are just a few pictures from the event. Thanks so much for everyone who helped put on the shower and were so generous in their gifts! My goal is to get all the many thank you cards written this week!

We're HUGE Star Wars fans, I think this was Ty's favorite present!
